August 30th 2018 – Roosevelt

Started the day at 5.30 am with top water poppers. Caught 6 fish on these. Rigged up a shad colored senko with no weight. Caught 4 fish. Tried a fluke with no weight, caught 5 fish. As soon as the sun came up higher the fish went deeper. We then went to Texas rig worms 1/4 oz weights, and drop shots. We were using robo worms morning dawn, and power worms. We started using a new worm from 5150 plastic. The Bass were likening a lot of new colors they made. We caught most of are fish 8 to 20 ft. Deep. The total for this day was 54 bass.
